Delivery

We send all orders on a next day delivery service using DPD UK. We do this to ensure that we provide our customers with a premium service level, from start to finish. As soon as your order has been despatched, you will be sent an email which contains the parcel tracking number and a link to a web page where you can track the delivery status online. (www.dpd.co.uk)

All deliveries are fully insured against loss and damage.

We offer same day despatch on orders placed before 2pm.
To guarantee next day delivery, orders must be placed by 2pm.

Christmas Delivery

For guaranteed Christmas Delivery, orders must be placed before 2pm on the 23rd December. In the event that an item does not arrive before the 24th December, the item can be returned to us at no charge, for a full refund. If the item is returned to us under the Christmas Delivery guarantee, please do not open the packaging.

Please note

Guaranteed next day delivery is a next working day service (Mon – Fri) and valid for the UK mainland only.

Individual memory card orders are sent using Royal Mail 1st class delivery, allowing us to offer lower postage costs on these items. This is a 1 – 2 working day service, non guaranteed.

Delivery charges

Our delivery charges vary from item to item, depending on the weight of the product and the shipping method used. All delivery charges will be clearly displayed once an item has been added to the shopping basket and the total shipping weight has been calculated.

Delivery costs to Mediterranean islands may be higher than our standard EU rate.

Recorded Delivery

All orders are sent using a recorded delivery service. Please ensure that there will be someone available to sign for the parcel at the designated delivery address.
