We send all orders on a next day delivery service using DHL express. We do this to ensure that we provide our customers with a premium service level, from start to finish. As soon as your order has been despatched, you will be sent an email which contains the parcel tracking number and a link to a web page where you can track the delivery status online. (www.dhl.co.uk)

All deliveries are fully insured against loss and damage.

We offer same day despatch on orders placed before 2pm.
To guarantee next day delivery, orders must be placed by 2pm.

Please note

Guaranteed next day delivery is a next working day service (Mon – Fri) and valid for the UK mainland only.

Individual memory card orders are sent using Royal Mail 1st class delivery, allowing us to offer lower postage costs on these items. This is a 1 – 2 working day service, non guaranteed.

Delivery charges

Our delivery charges vary from item to item, depending on the weight of the product and the shipping method used. All delivery charges will be clearly displayed once an item has been added to the shopping basket and the total shipping weight has been calculated.

By default, all orders are sent by DHL Next Day delivery, with the exception of individual memory card orders, which are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded.

Recorded Delivery

All orders are sent using a recorded delivery service. Please ensure that there will be someone available to sign for the parcel at the designated delivery address.

To track the delivery status of your order online, please visit the DHL website tracking page by clicking the icon below. Details of the parcel tracking number will be emailed following despatch of the item.
