  Product was delivered less than 24 hours after I placed the order. Everything works as expected, I even managed to get some Digital TV channnels inside a campervan on the tiny indoor aerial provided. I had a small problem understanding the manual so couldn't understand how to get into the games, response to my email was very quick & a replacement games controller arrived after 3 days - which I didn't actually need in the end, once my 13 year old son worked out which buttons to press!
