Once you have completed checkout, you will be sent an email to confirm your order. Once your order has been despatched, we will send you a second email which will include the parcel tracking number and instructions on how to track the parcel.

Our delivery charges vary from item to item, depending on the weight of the product and the shipping method used. All delivery charges will be clearly displayed once an item has been added to the shopping basket and the total shipping weight calculated. By default, all orders are sent by DHL Next Day delivery, with the exception of individual memory card orders, which are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded.
Most items arrive next working day. Our cut off point for next day delivery is 2pm. Once your order has been processed the parcel tracking number will be sent to you by email together with instructions on how to track the parcel. If you order fails to arrive on the allotted delivery date, please visit our tracking page which contains instructions on how to track the delivery status of an item. All deliveries require a signature. In the event that the courier made a failed delivery attempt, please contact the courier company and arrange redelivery at a more convenient time. Please also check that you entered the correct delivery address during checkout – confirmation of which was sent in the order confirmation email.
